Community Links
Many schools have excellent links with their local community in may ways, particularly in offering venue space and other resources to different groups and charitable organisations.
Schools such as Headington play host to a wide variety of performing arts clubs and organisations in their theatre. Other schools such as Burford School & Community College and St Birinus School are a hub for Adult Education Classes.
St Edward's School is presently constructing a new performing arts centre, which is due to open in September 2006. This will be a huge resource to the community of North Oxford.
